Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Innerwear, accessories, and discounted/sale items (if applicable)

3. Refund Process

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

• Report within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof via email

5. Cancellation
