How do I find a product? Use the search bar or browse our collections — Co-Ord Sets, Shirts and Pants.

How do I know if an item is in stock? If you can add it to your cart, it's in stock. Out-of-stock items are marked on the product page.

Do I need an account to order? No — you can check out as a guest.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept? We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. All online payments are processed securely.

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship? We currently ship across India.

How long will delivery take? Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically delivered in 4–8 business days.

How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags and packaging. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

An item arrived damaged — what do I do? Email support@otokostyle.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number for a free replacement or refund.
