Refund policy

  • Return window: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return conditions: Items must be unused, unwashed and undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Non-returnable items: Innerwear, socks, and sale/clearance or customised items (unless damaged or defective).
  • How to request a return: Email support@otokostyle.com with your order number and, for damaged items, photos.
  • Refund timeline: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method; COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
  • Exchanges: Available subject to stock; a refund is issued if the item is unavailable.
  • Damaged or defective items: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a free replacement or full refund.
  • Cancellations: Free cancellation before dispatch; shipped orders follow the standard return process.
