This policy explains how otokostyle processes and delivers your orders.
- Where we ship: We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Order processing: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Delivery time: Estimated 4–8 business days after dispatch; metro cities may be faster, remote areas may take longer.
- Shipping charges: Calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Free shipping may apply above a specified order value.
- Order tracking: A tracking number and courier details are shared via email/SMS after dispatch.
- Courier partners: We deliver through reputed courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Incorrect address / failed delivery: Please verify your address and contact details. Returned shipments due to incorrect information may incur reshipment fees.
